I am going to become a health researcher
That way I can make a bunch of money off of grants to state what we pretty much already know. Recently there was a "major" breakthrough in a study... if you adopt 4 healthy habits you can add 14 years to your life! All you have to do is 1.) Quit smoking 2.) Exercise regularly 3.) drink alcohol in moderation and 4.) eat lots of fruits and veggies. *stunned look* NO KIDDING! I mean, duh. Sure we didn't have an EXACT amount of years gained, but c'mon. Now there is a new story saying that if you are in good shape you are more likely to live longer than if you are in poor shape. Good grief. Just so you know, tomorrow I am going to post a study that eating daily, drinking fluids and breathing regularly lowers your risk of an early death. I'm available for interviews starting next week.
